I’ve appreciated that you sent a driver to pick us up from the airport.
The driver was very nice and he helped us with the luggage.
Also before our drive back to the airport on our last day the driver was in time early in the morning to pick us up from the hotel. Het got our baggage till the airport.

Our stay in Fairview was very good: the rooms, service, breakfast and the people who work in the hotel. I’ll recommend this hotel to other people.

The trips that we have made were very nice. The resorts were very good: services, rooms and tents.

We had a very good driver, Robert. We felt us secure with him. He told us much about the environment and about the places we have visited.
Especially the visit to mama Obama was very special. The guide was a very nice woman.
Mama Obama had made time for us, so we could speak her without other tourists for about half an hour.

I have appreciated your invitation at your home at Saturday before leaving Kenya.

When I hear people in the Netherlands wish to visit Kenya I’ll recommend your office.

I hope I give you sufficient feedback and I wish you a good stay in the Netherlands in July. Perhaps we’ll meet each other then.

Everything was very nice and well organized. I really had a good time. People were very kind and I had all the information and service I could have asked.
So all good.
Just one thing. I think the lodges should avoid using too much charcoal and they should make sure the Masai village is cleaned. This was the only “bad” surprise. All this plastic will end up in the reserve and can potentially kill animals, not to speak about the visual impact.

  • We had a very roomy, well-lit and airy room. We also noted that the shower facility was exceptional. Room cleanliness was also great.

  • Yes we did. Being the tourist low season, we found that we had a great deal of privacy.

The food was above average although some of the Italian dishes (the pastas and tirmaisu dessert) were medicore. The wine selection was relatively poor.
